6.2 Collected data (generic and evolutionary formulation)

Depending on the functionalities activated and the forms used, we may collect the following categories of data:

  • Identity & contact: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, company, function/position, free-form content (message).

  • Communication preferences: newsletter subscriptions, marketing interests.

  • Techniques & navigation: IP address (and approximate location deduced), cookie identifier(s), user-agent (browser, OS, device), pages consulted, timestamps, path, clicks, time spent, origin.

  • Marketing interactivity: e-mail opens/clicks (if subscribed), pop-up/CTA interactions, form submissions, chat history (if enabled), internal lead scoring if applicable.

Scalability: if new fields/forms are added (events, surveys, support), they remain in these data families. The page will be updated in the event of any substantial change.

When you submit a form, HubSpot may associate your previous visits (previously anonymous) with your contact profile (via cookies) in order to understand your path and improve our communications.

  • Manage your newsletter subscription and send you content

    • (Unsubscription possible at any time via the link at the bottom of each email)

  • Measure site performance, improve experience and security

  • Secure forms (detection of abuse/robots via reCAPTCHA)


6.5 Legal basis (art. 6 RGPD)

  • Execution of pre-contractual measures / contract: processing of requests via form

  • Consent: newsletter, non-essential cookies (analytics/marketing), third-party tracers

  • Legitimate interest: site improvement, security, fraud prevention

  • Legal obligation: bookkeeping and archiving of customer documents


6.6 Cookies & tracers

  • A banner allows you to choose the categories of cookies (essential, audience measurement, marketing).

  • Without your consent, only strictly necessary cookies are stored.

6.8 Transfers outside the EU

  • HubSpot and Google may process data from third countries (e.g. USA).

  • Transfers governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or recognized certification mechanisms (e.g. EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

  • Implementation of appropriate safeguards.


6.9 Retention periods

  • Prospects / forms: 3 years after the last contact from you

  • Customers / contractual elements: up to 10 years (legal obligations / archiving)

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (or purge in case of prolonged inactivity)

  • Analytics / marketing cookies: in principle max. 13 months (aggregate logs: max.25 months )

At the end of these periods: deletion or anonymization. Longer periods may apply in the event of legal obligation or legal action.


6.10 Your rights (RGPD)

  • Withdrawal of consent at any time (without retroactive effect)
