We have been working with the C2Ei campus since May 2024. This young campus stands out for its dynamism and its commitment to always offering the best to all teams.

C2Ei combines cutting-edge technical expertise with a strong managerial culture, enabling employees to develop essential skills for their roles.

In one year, nearly 60 managers have been trained in a tailor-made format, specifically co-designed by EDHEC & CE2i to meet their needs.

The results, which are perfectly in line with our expectations, are concrete: thanks to personalised action plans, rigorous monitoring and regular feedback, managers have strengthened their posture and interview techniques, enhanced their ability to adapt and optimised the management of their teams.

The professional and committed team at the CE2i campus has thus played a key role in the continued success of the managers' skills development.

Today I took part in my Welcome Day!

It was a day of discussions about CAP INGELEC's values with the seven other new recruits, including myself.

Customer testimonials, case studies, discussions with industry experts and members of the CoGouv, punctuated by convivial moments at the European Campus of Engineering Excellence (C2Ei).

I came away from this induction day feeling energised and proud to belong to a company that cares about the integration process for its new employees.

I really appreciated the opportunity to participate in this event :  Welcoming sessions and sharing my feedback on project management.

It is essential to pass on not only our knowledge, but also our needs and what we have learned from joint projects. A team is built on shared values and strengthened through collective successes.
