September 2026 is a key milestone with the opening of C2EI’s new building in Saint-Jean-d’Illac. Designed as a place for training, collaboration, and innovation, the facility also includes offices and coworking spaces. This new environment fosters networking, creativity, and the development of projects within a vibrant professional community.

June 2026 marks a new milestone in C2EI’s development with the launch of its first inter-company training program. Designed to encourage the exchange of best practices, shared experiences, and skills development, this new offering brings together professionals from diverse backgrounds. A new dynamic of collaborative learning is born.

After a promising start, a new phase is beginning: the architectural phase, with the aim of creating a rejuvenating space that is conducive to learning and cohesion.

June 2025 marks a turning point with the first services provided outside the UK, notably in Greece and Spain.

Aware of the need to structure their approach, they recruited an expert in training and skills transfer: Isabelle Merlier joined the team.

Qualiopi certification was obtained and the foundations for the business were laid.

Launch of the first technical support programmes by experts, with a double success: knowledge transfer and skills development. Drawing on his past experience as an HR director and his new contacts, Bertrand suggests an approach based on managerial excellence to Matthieu... This marks the beginning of the partnership with EDHEC.

Freshly graduated from EDHEC, they both decided to set up a training school and, beyond that, a campus open to the outside world, driven by a strong ambition: technical excellence as their watchword.

Matthieu CALES is joined at EDHEC by Bertrand HOUSEAUX. Their first meeting is marked by shared convictions about the transmission and excellence of skills. Initial ideas begin to take shape....
