The water cycle in industrial environments
This training course covers the water cycle in industry and its applications (softened, decarbonated, osmosis, demineralised). It begins with a review of the basic concepts of the water cycle. Industrial uses of water and the impact of drought decrees are studied. A significant portion is devoted to wastewater management and sources of pollution. Physico-chemical and biological treatments are detailed. Emphasis is placed on optimising water use in industry. Finally, the training course covers reuse solutions and their regulatory framework in France.
