Our genesis

It all started with an operational observation.

C2EI was born out of a simple idea: beyond technical skills, manufacturers need skills and abilities in leadership, analysis and management to navigate their complex environment.


We developed this conviction at Cap Ingelec. It quickly became clear that we needed to go beyond traditional training formats to build a tailor-made framework that was directly in tune with operational realities.

This is how C2Ei came into being: a campus designed to provide a different kind of training, with high standards, impact and industrial roots.
